A choir, a competition and a quest to become the Voice of the City!

If you’ve ever sung in a choir or been part of any community group, then you will laugh and cry with the progress of this wonderful community choir.  Witness their journey as they rehearse for their Big Sing Competition and deal with issues of young love, remembering their music, scarcity of men, lack of confidence, fundraising, childminding, old age and bad pianos.

This is a wonderful, funny and poignant musical which celebrates those special people in our communities like you, who love to sing.  This original musical was commissioned for our two choirs, Voiceworks and VoiceworksPLUS in 2017 and it also features a special guest appearance from the Rossmoyne choir, Strike a Chord and Jenny Seaton from Curtin Radio.

Vocal Ensemble Voiceworks would love you to come to this wonderful show because it’s really all about you!  We’d also love it if you come along wearing your choir uniforms – and without giving too much of the story away, yes, you will also be doing some singing in the show!

We have a special group booking offer for choirs, buy nineteen tickets and get one free.

Buy online at www.ptt.wa.gov.au or in person at the Perth Theatre Trust Booking Offices.
