Description

Strike a Chord are an auditioned ensemble of 12 ladies who also sing with the Rossmoyne Community Singers. The group was formed from within the choir for members who wanted to sing a more challenging repertoire and undertake more performances throughout the year. Over the past 20 years the group have gone from strength to strength, singing at many concerts of their own such as Morning Melodies and in collaboration with others including the Men of the West and a special guest appearance with Adam Hills Happyism show. They have sung at weddings and even as a flash mob choir in a restaurant for a proposal!!!

Under the baton of the very talented Musical Director Harry Oliff with accompaniment from the equally talented Jackson Griggs the group enjoy singing a wide variety of repertoire in 3 and 4 part harmony, often with much laughter and merriment as they learn the latest dance step.
